Well, to put it simply, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center, also known as MDC, in Brooklyn, New York. He’s been there since his high-profile arrest in September of 2024.
Diddy was arrested and is being held without bail on serious federal charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. These are very grave accusations, and he’s pleaded not guilty to all of them. His trial actually began in May of 2025, and it’s ongoing right now, with closing arguments expected soon.
