Quagmire also despises Brian’s self-righteous, condescending attitude and his pretense of being a deep, caring individual, when he often dates “bimbos” and is a deadbeat dad. Quagmire hates that Brian pretends to be morally superior while exhibiting so many flaws himself.
So, Quagmire’s hatred for Brian stems from a deep-seated annoyance with Brian’s personality, his hypocrisy, and several direct betrayals. It’s a hilarious and recurring gag that keeps fans entertained, and it’s clear this rivalry isn’t cooling down anytime soon!
